The staff was super friendly. The restaurant downstairs was a huge bonus with great food.
There wasn't an elevator. I had to lug my suitcase up four flights of stairs. Reception offered help, it never arrived.

My stay wasn't as smooth as i hoped. the noise from the restaurant below was quite disruptive at night. i could clearly hear kitchen activity and chatter. also, i found the lack of an elevator inconvenient. Lugging my suitcase up the stairs was not ideal.
